September 23rd Progress Update! Finishing touches on v0.16.


Hey again everyone! This week doesn't have too many visuals to show, but here we go!

This week had some bug fixes/patching up involved, and was mostly things involving "wrapping up the build". Things like tying the last of the scenes together, putting in the new save variables, and putting Secret's song/info in the home tent.

Some fixes involve:

  • Modifier cut-ins don't cross over the play area in certain scenes.
  • Vending machine canvas should now scale with more resolutions
  • Letterboxing shouldn't create strange imaging on different resolutions
  • YuMei's "EX" loop in sandbox didn't sync up properly. It should now
  • Manual Sync should now work again.
  • Blast and Nitros will now clear "Chill" notes in Nammi's Hscene.

On top of those, we have also been putting in some new UI, SFX, and UI animations. I have put in a few more options for Windowed resolutions as well.

This next week coming up will be the final week before v0.16's launch, and is dedicated to bug testing. There will likely be a few things to iron out with Gauntlet Mode. I will also be finishing off implementing the new UI, possibly putting in some redone Pixel Art assets.
